Property Brochures

Property brochures can either be generated within Street, using one of your Brochure Templates or they can be generated externally and uploaded to Street.

This article focuses on uploading an externally generated brochure but for information on generating a brochure in Street, see this help article.

Uploading an Externally Generated Brochure to Street

To upload an externally generated brochure into Street, head to a property page and click Info (at the top right) > Documents and Files.

From here click 'create document' at the top the right and select 'from file upload'. Select your brochure file, give it a title, an optional description and an optional 'property feed file type' that is used to categorise the file in the property feed API.

Next choose whether to make the brochure available on your website. This will make the brochure accessible from the property feed API and is a requirement if you want to show the brochure on portals.

Finally choose whether to share the brochure with the owners.

If toggled on, the owners will be able to access and view the brochure from within their Street account, either via App or Desktop.

When ready, click save and the brochure will be uploaded and stored in the Documents and Files section.

If you want to show the your uploaded brochure on the portals, see our Adding a Brochure to a Portal Listing help article.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
