Deactivating and Reactivating Users
From the User Management section in Street you can deactivate and reactivate users. Deactivating a user will not remove them from current entities they are assigned to, such as properties, valuations or viewings but it will remove their access to the system and from being booked on any further appointments. If you want to reassign what they are assigned to, you will need to bulk reassign their entities.
Note - To access the User Management settings you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage users' enabled. For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
To get started head to Settings > (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Account Administration > User Management.
It's important to note that Company Admins can deactivate / reactivate any user, while Branch Admins can deactivate / reactivate Branch Admins and Agents.
Deactivating a User
From the User Management page, click the three dot menu on the right of the user you need to deactivate.
From here you will need to type the word 'deactivate' and click 'deactivate user'.
Once confirmed, the user will lose access to their Street account but will not be notified.
Reactivating a User
Should you need to reactivate a user, you may first need to click the 'show deactivated' toggle at the top left of the user management page.
When you can see the deactivated user, click the three dot menu on the right hand side again and click 'reactivate'.
Type the word 'reactivate' and click 'reactivate user' to reactivate them. They will now re-gain access to their Street account.
