How to integrate your personal calendar with Street.

What is Calendar Integration?

With Street you can integrate your external, personal calendar, providing a two-way sync. These are predefined apps you can use to power-up your Street account where events created in Street will populate into your personal calendar and vice versa.

When creating an event in an external calendar, you can usually choose whether it's "public" or "private". Public events will pull through with the name of the event showing in the Street calendar. Private events will still pull through but will show only show as Busy, ensuring the details remain confidential.

What calendars do you integrate with?

Currently, Street supports integration from iCloud / iCal, Gmail, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.

Note - It is not possible to integrate more than one external calendar into Street.

How do I setup the integration?

To start, go to Settings (on the left side panel at the bottom) > My Settings > Integrations.

Click on Calendar Integration, select Configuration and click Connect to begin the setup. You will be asked to select your email provider and choose which account to link.

Once linked, you will be taken back to the Settings page where you will need to go back to Configuration, select the calendar to sync, click Save and follow the instructions.

Once complete, you should see this page confirming that your connection has been established.

The 'Refresh Events' button will refresh the system and pull through any missing events.

When a meeting has been pulled through from your external calendar, it will not have the ability to be deleted inside of Street. So if you go on to an appointment, and there is no ability to delete the appointment, that will mean it is being pulled from your external calendar and will need to be removed from there.

If you want to stop syncing your calendars, click the 'click here' text to stop syncing your calendar. You will then be given an option to remove any existing external events that have imported from your external calendar into Street by ticking the toggle:
