How to get the most out of your Street calendar

Street Calendar

Your Street calendar makes it extremely straight forward to manage yours and your team's diary and gives you customisation of how it looks with filters for event types and users, day / week / month views and saved calendar views.

You can choose to colour the calendar by appointment type or by person using the drop down at the top right.

With colour by person selected, events are coloured by individual users and each user has their own colour which can be customised from their my settings > preferences > calendar. For more information, see this help article.

With colour by type selected, events are coloured by appointment type (e.g. viewings in purple, valuations in red, inspections in orange, custom events in blue etc).

Note - It is not possible to customise the colour of events in the calendar when using the 'colour by type' option.

You also have the option of setting up a two-way calendar integration with your external calendar. If setup, events in Street will pull through to your external calendar and vice versa. For more information, see this help article.

You can even view your calendar on the go with our Street Agent app! For more information, see this help article. And while the calendar is designed to be digital, it can be printed using the 'print' icon at the top right.

My Calendar vs Branch Calendar

At the top left of the calendar page you can switch between your own individual calendar and your branch calendar.

The 'My Calendar' view gives you the option of selecting day, week or month view and will show all of your appointments filterable by event type on the left hand side.

The 'Branch Calendar' view gives you the option of selecting day or week view and will show all colleagues appointments. Branch view can be filtered by both event type and user on the left hand side.

You can switch between day, week and month view from the top right drop down.

Filters

From the left hand side you can filter your calendar by what event types and branches/users you want to view by ticking the relevant checkboxes. You can also reset your filters back to the default list by clicking the 'reset' button.

Save/Edit/Delete Calendar View

Once you've setup your filters you can click the 'add new view' button to save that view setup with a name, for example you may create a view to see just your viewers.

If you want to make changes to an existing view, simply update the filters and click the 'save changes' button. You can also add as many different calendar views as you want and can switch between them or delete them from the 'calendar view' dropdown.

Property Search

Additionally from the left hand side you can search for a property.


Searching for a property will instantly show you any upcoming appointments as well as any viewing guidance, as well as highlight all appointments for that property on the calendar, making it extremely easy to see what's happening at a particular property at a glance.

Creating Appointments from your Calendar

You can create appointments directly from the calendar page, including viewings, valuation and photo and measure. You can also create custom events such as team meetings with additional options for multi-day events or recurring. For more information, see this help article.
