Booking an Appointment from the Calendar

While it's possible to book appointments such as viewings, valuations and photo & measure from an individual property, it's also possible to book appointments directly from the calendar page to save time.

To get started, head to the calendar page on the left side panel. On the calendar page, click on a time slot and you will see the 'create event' popup appears.

As well as adhoc events (such as a morning meeting), you can also book a viewing, valuation or photo & measure appointment directly from the calendar page. This allows you to check your preferred times and go ahead and book in the appointment, without the need to visit the property page directly.

Note - It is currently only possible to book adhoc events, viewings, valuations and photo & measure appointments from the calendar.

Book a viewing from the calendar page

To book a viewing from the calendar page, you first need to search for the property and then select the applicant.

Finally select the viewing agent, date and time for the viewing as normal. You can also choose to save the viewing as a Provisional Viewing.

Book a valuation from the calendar page

When booking a valuation from the calendar page, you first need to add the valuation details by entering the vendor's name, whether it's a sales or rental valuation, the address and property details as normal.

Finally select the valuer and add a date / time for the appointment.

Book a photo & measure from the calendar page

To book a photo & measure appointment from the calendar page, first search for the property and then select the photographer who will be attending the appointment.

Finally select the date and time, where you'll also see the weather forecast for upcoming days.
