Mileage Settings

Before you start using the mileage feature within your network, a Company Admin should first set your custom expense per mile in your Mileage Settings.

Head to Settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Company Settings > Mileage. Here you can set the expense per mile. For more information, see our Mileage Settings help article.

Tracking Mileage in the Street Agent App

The Street Agent App will automatically track your mileage for the day, by using the appointments that have been booked in and carried out by you.

Note - The app does not track you via GPS so the route shown is simply the shortest/fastest available and may not be the exact route your used to reach each destination,

In the app, click the Mileage tab. Here, you can see an overview of each day's mileage by scrolling up and down in the Your Mileage area.

Editing your mileage

Clicking the blue pencil icon in the bottom right will let you edit your timeline, allowing you to add additional stops by clicking the + icon, delete stops with the bin icon and re-arrange the order by clicking and dragging the two lines.

This allows you to customise your day's journey, for example if you ended at your house instead of the office or needed to add a stop for petrol.

Adding an additional stop

When adding an additional stop you can either search for an address manually and optionally enter a reason for the journey or use the 'Quick add office' button to instantly add the office location as setup in your branch general settings.

Submitting your mileage

When you are ready, you can click the Submit button to submit your mileage and it will update to 'Awaiting Approval'.

At this stage your journey can still be edited, up until the point that it's been approved by a manager. For more information, see our Approving Mileage help article.

Once approved, the status in the Agent App will update to approved and the journey can no longer be edited.
