Completing an Inspection

Once you have either uploaded and sent the inspection report or marked the report as not required, you can complete the inspection and set the next due date.

Head to the inspection page and you will see the 'all steps complete' banner:

Click 'complete inspection' to show the next due date popup.

Scheduling the next Inspection

Here you can either choose from the default date options or enter an address manually. If you choose to set the next inspection due date, the inspection will automatically generate on the tenancy for that date and will show the status of 'Need to Book'.

Alternatively, you can click 'Don't Schedule' to skip the setting the next inspection date. However it's important to note that if you do this, the tenancy will show in the the 'tenancies missing an inspection' table, unless you mark the tenancy has not requiring an inspection.

Note - You can always come back to the tenancy at a later date and create a manual inspection if needed.

Once you have completed the 'schedule next inspection step', that inspection status will update to 'completed' and the inspection is now is finalised.
