During the Valuation

How you can use Street and the Street Agent App to assist you on the day of your valuation.

Once you have booked your valuation appointment and completed the pre-valuation research (optional), it's now time to attend!

On the day of your valuation, similarly to all of your other upcoming appointments, you will see all of your appointments for today on a quick view via the Calendar icon in the top right of your screen.

During the valuation you have two options - you can use the Street Agent app to record details of the valuation that will feed directly into Street, or you can record the details manually in a notepad for example and then type these into Street after.

We would highly recommend making use of the Street Agent app here as all the details and notes you make will automatically appear in Street and you can even send the valuation report from the app should you choose to.

Alternatively you can just wait for the valuation appointment end time to pass and would then move onto Sending a Valuation Report.
