Within your branch appointment settings you can setup your branch opening hours. This lets people know what times the agency is available for appointments and, alongside User Availability, determines how availability for the online valuation bookings and online viewing bookings, if you have these set up for your network.

Setting Up Branch Availability
Head to Settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Branch Settings > Appointments > Availability.
Note - To access appointment settings you will need to be a branch or company admin.
Here you have the option of setting up the opening and closing times of your branch, individually for each day of the week, meaning your diary will be intelligently managed by Street.
