How to setup your Street availability

Profile (Availability)

From your profile settings you can setup your availability that is used to determine how your availability will display on the calendar when booking an appointment as well as your availability for the online valuation and viewing bookings, if you have these set up for your network. This article explains how to setup individual user availability but also see our Appointments (Availability) help article to see how to setup your branch's availability which works alongside User Availability.

Setting Up Individual User Availability

Individual user availability can be set up by the user themselves from their settings or by a branch and company admin via user management. For more information, see our User Management help article.

To get started, head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > My Settings > Profile > Availability.

Firstly you have the option of setting what type of rota you work on, choosing between 1 and 6 weeks. This is useful if your working hours vary per rota, or if the start and end time for each individual day of the week vary. If you work the same hours every week you can leave this as '1 week' but if you work alternate Saturdays you could select '2 week' to set this up.

Next you can select the days and hours you work. Simply toggle each day that you work and set the start and end time of your shift. If you have selected a 1 week rota type you will only need to do this once, for that week. However if you selected a 2 week rota, you can set up each week's rota individually.

Finally select the date you want the rota to start from (you cannot select a date in the past).

Once this is saved, the calendar page when booking an appointment will reflect your availability, both for online bookings and bookings made in Street.

For example, with availability set from 9am, we can clearly see the users' calendar is greyed out before 9am when booking an appointment.

Calendar Integration

You can also integrate your external calendar into Street, providing a two-way sync where events created in Street will populate into your external calendar and vice versa. For more information, See our Integrations (Calendar) help article.
