Welcome to Street.co.uk's July development update! Here's what our amazing product teams put into the hands of Street.co.uk agents in just the last two weeks.

SALES & LETTINGS

Listing Performance Reports.

The launch of our new Listing Performance Reports has enabled agents to instantly access and deliver high level insights like marketing data, AI-summarised viewing feedback, and visualised pricing sentiment. The reports can be downloaded as a PDF and seamlessly sent to clients, helping to guide negotiations, support price adjustments (where necessary), and even reduce the chances of property withdrawals.

These reports are a true game changer, helping to showcase your service value while simultaneously streamlining a once laborious process. While your productivity is enhanced, your customer service sky-rockets, keeping clients informed no matter what.

For more information, see our Listing Performance Reports help article.

SALES & LETTINGS

Dedicated Customer Care Workflow.

We’ve added a brand-new table to the Property tab to complement the release of our Listing Performance Reports. This new table helps you easily track who needs a listing report next. You can even filter the table by time on the market, number of viewings, assignee, and more.

From the Properties table, click the Listing Performance tab.

LANDLORD EXPERIENCE

Landlords can manage their listing approvals online.

We’ve added listing reviews and approvals to the online experience for your landlords. Once logged in, your landlords can now review, request changes, and approve any of their listings via their Street.co.uk account. If they request any changes, their feedback will be instantly synced with your CRM, allowing you to swiftly make adjustments. With this update, your landlords have a modern and simple way to review their listings so they feel more in control, while helping you to get properties live on portals even faster.

For more information on how landlords can approve listings via via web browser see this help article.

Note - It's not currently possible for landlords to approve listings via the consumer app but this feature will be available very soon.

THE BASICS

New ways for consumers to log in and recover their Street accounts.

Customers with a Street.co.uk account can now seamlessly sign in using their Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts, or by using a magic link. And to make things even easier, we have introduced a new password reset process to help users quickly recover their accounts, reducing the need for password-related support while creating a smoother login experience.

Note - Social logins are not currently available for agents. This only applies to consumers.

BUYER EXPERIENCE

Applicants can leave feedback and book second viewings online.

Now, buyers can now seamlessly book a second viewing for a property they've already seen. A handy new banner instantly prompts them to leave feedback and select an available time slot if online booking is enabled. Better still, they can even submit an offer directly through their Street.co.uk account.

When an applicant is logged into their Street account via web, they will see their previous viewing and can click the three dots to book another viewing (if online booking is enabled for that property and branch).

CLIENT ACCOUNTING

New tenancies in the Credit Table.

We've introduced a brand-new ‘Tenancies in Credit’ table within the Allocate Payments section of our Client Accounting workflow. This table clearly lists all tenancies with unallocated funds and displays the total balance at the bottom.

Add an opening balance for non-resident landlords.

This update allows you to add an opening balance for non-resident landlords, enabling automatic and accurate calculation of annual tax to be held and quarterly submissions to HMRC. That means you can rely on precise reporting and certification for NRL6 and NRLY.

Self-serve your KYC settings.

New legislation is due to take effect which requires SMS senders to provide Know Your Customer (KYC) information. With this in mind, we have created a self-serve area in Street.co.uk’s settings which will allow you to continue sending SMS notifications from your own telephone number.
