Overview
š”Media Packages is your hub for creating and storing media packages in the StreetMetrics system
Using Media Packages
š”Media Packages enables you to group media products together to better sell them to your clients. You're able to add Media Products from different asset groups or different Media Products from the same asset group to one package. This helps you understand the effectiveness of all media products in the market comprehensively versus understanding the performance of one media product individually.
Packages, Levels, and Media Configuration
š”Follow the quick steps below to create a Media Package, a Package Level and configure the media:
Create a Media Package
Step 1: Enter the Package Name and Package ID (optional), and choose the Market
Step 2: Create either a Package Level or add Media Product allocations
*Note: A Package Level allows you to name the package and provide the number of media units assigned to that package.
Step 2a: Add a Package Level name, Level ID (optional) and number of units
Step 2b: Select the media to include in the packages
*Note: Package levels specify the total number of assets that will be included in the package. If an asset can display multiple media products (e.g., curb and street side), the Unit count specifies the number of media products.
Step 3: Click Save before moving forward
Step 4: Use the Media Configuration section to select a single asset group and media product to be included in each allocation
Step 4a: Select the Asset Owner (transit authority or owner of media)
Step 4b: Select the Asset Group
Step 4c: Select your Media Product and click Add Media Product
*Note: You can create multiple group levels and media products within one package. This can be customized to how you prefer to group your products.
Step 4: Review your selections and submit the Package.
*Note: Up to 30 Media Product allocations is allowed at once.
