View the PDF Version of your Purchase Order.
Background
The PDF version of your StructShare Purchase Orders are a clean professional generated PDF containing all the details of your PO. Including your company logo, business information, shipping details and items that have been order.
Things to Consider
Required Permissions:
Note that only users with ‘Submit to supplier’ permission (typically purchasing managers) can view a PO in PDF. This is a permission setting that can be found in the Users and Permissions settings.
Steps:
Open the Purchaser order you would like to view the PDF of.
Opening the PDF of the order.
Click on ‘Print’ button
The PDF will be opened in a new tab and available for download.
