Objective

This article will give you an understanding of the color coding used in the ‘Cards View’ within StructShare.

Background

There are a few different colors used when showing items within the Cards View (yellow, blue, green) in your Open Activities or Order History page. This article gives an explanation for those colors and what they each signify.

Things to Consider

  • You will only see items within your shared projects/permission level

    • Anything that you do not have access to will not show up on the Open Activities/Order History pages. You will only see projects that have been shared with you and items that you have permission to view.

Steps:

  • Yellow Bar - Material Request / Request for Quote Sent

  • Blue Bar - Purchase Order Created / RFQ Received

  • Green Bar- Partially Received → Fully Received

Yellow Bar - Material Request Sent

  1. You will see a yellow bar whenever a Material Request has been sent out.

Blue Bar - Purchase Order Created / RFQ Received

  1. There will be a blue bar in addition to the yellow bar anytime you have sent out a Purchase Order

  2. You will also see a blue bar for each RFQ response you receive within the Open RFQs tab (if you received a response from all of your suppliers for the RFQ it will expand across the page).

Green Bar - Partially Received / Fully Received

  1. For partially received items you will see one green bar (Invoices, Rentals)

  2. For fully received items (Invoices, Rentals) you will see a green bar across the page.
