Objective
How to ensure that your users/suppliers are receiving email notifications from StructShare
Background
We occasionally see that certain users/suppliers are not receiving emails from StructShare, and want to provide steps to alleviate the problem and ensure nothing is being blocked on their end.
Things to Consider
Have them add 'structsharenetwork@structshare.com' to the 'Approved List' of domains to ensure that those emails will not be blocked.
Make sure that the user/supplier are also checking their spam/other folders in their inbox and that it isn't being filtered in some way.
Reach out to StructShare support if you have any users/suppliers who are saying that they haven't been receiving emails from our system so that we can investigate with you! We can confirm if the emails are being delivered successfully or if they are being blocked/dropped instead.
What Does it Mean to Add a Domain to an 'Approved List'?
It simply means telling your mail service to always let certain emails in. It works by adding an address to a special list so that its emails arrive in your inbox and never get marked as spam.
If a sender is mistakenly blocked on an 'Unapproved List', their messages will lend up the junk folder. Since you don’t want that, the following email domain approval instructions will help you avoid the trouble of having important messages identified as spam.
