Once your file has finished uploading and you press the [Start generating] button, transcription begins immediately and the job can no longer be canceled. When the transcription finishes, your upload minutes are deducted according to the usage.
Before pressing [Start generating], we recommend checking that the uploaded file and the transcription settings are correct, and only pressing the [Start generating] button once you have confirmed them — this helps avoid uploading the wrong file.
