How do I remove or update a saved credit card / payment method?

You can manage your saved payment methods yourself on the Billing page, including:

  • Removing your credit card / payment method details

  • Updating your credit card / payment method details

  • Updating your billing name

  • Updating your billing address

How to remove a saved credit card

If you'd like to remove your credit card details from your account, follow these steps:

1. On the main page, click your avatar, then click [Billing]

2. In the "Payment method management" section, click [Manage payment methods and details] on the right

3. You'll be taken to a secure payment management page, where you can update/remove your credit card details, or update your billing name and address

Payment methods and billing details are managed securely by our payment processing partner, Stripe, so the steps above are completed on Stripe's secure page. Please note that only the workspace owner can manage payment methods.

Good to know

  • If you want to stop your subscription from renewing, the most direct way is not to remove your credit card, but to select [Cancel subscription] in the "Current subscription" section. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and there are no further charges after that.

  • If you just want to stop upcoming charges, we recommend the "cancel subscription" flow above; simply removing a payment method may not reliably prevent further charges on an active subscription.
