How to Request Change Order with BrightStar?

BrightStar financing through SubcontractorHub offers the flexibility to accommodate change orders as project details shift. Users can easily make adjustments by unfinalizing existing quotes and issuing new ones with updated financing options, ensuring that proposals remain both accurate and aligned with customer expectations.

Listed below are the steps to change order with BrightStar:


Step 1: Scroll down in your proposal to find your finance card.

Step 2: Click “Unfinalize”.

Step 3: The button changes back to white, indicating the proposal has been unfinalized and is ready for a change order.

Step 4: Scroll back up in your proposal to find the financing section.

Step 5: Select your new financing option and pricing.

Click the “Create Quote” button.

Step 6: A new quote will be added next to your original quote.

Step 7: Click “Finalize” on your new quote.

Step 8: Now your new quote will accepted for the financing of your proposal.
