How to Manage Other Adder Settings

The other adder setting allows admins to restrict custom adder creation in proposals, offering only predefined adders set up in the database for use in proposals. By default, this setting is enabled, meaning that the “Others” option in the “Add On” section of proposals will be available. To disable this setting and remove the “Others” option in adders, follow the steps below.

Step 1: From the main menu, click your organization’s profile and select “Settings”.

Step 2: Go to the “Public Proposal” section and click the “Edit” icon.

Step 3: To disable the “Others” section for adders in proposals, toggle “Show Others Adder in Proposal Adders” off.

Step 4: Click “Update” to save your changes.
