How to Use Roofix

Sales reps can use Roofix to request accurate roofing quotes directly within a proposal. Instead of using a standard design tool, selecting Roofix gives you access to a built-in quoting module tailored specifically for roofing jobs. This streamlines the quoting process, eliminates manual steps, and helps ensure pricing accuracy when roofing work is included in the proposal.

Follow the steps below to use Roofix in your roofing proposals.

Step 1: Create a new proposal, selecting “Roofix” under the “Select Design Tool” dropdown. Click “Create Proposal”.

Step 2: In the “Roofix Module” section, click “Start Now”.

Step 3: Select the customer’s current roofing material.

Step 4: Click “Yes”.

Step 5: Choose if the request is for a partial roof replacement.

Step 6: Click “Yes”.

Step 7: Select how many layers of roofing material exist on the roof.

Step 8: Click “Yes”.

Step 9: Select the new material to be installed on the roof.

Step 10: Click “Yes”.

Step 11: Choose if the request includes a detached structure in addition to the main structure.

Step 12: Click “Yes”.

Step 13: Choose if the request requires a full redeck.

Step 14: Click “Yes”.

Step 15: Choose if there are any special conditions or concerns for this request.

Step 16: Click “Yes”.

Step 17: Add your custom notes for the roofing project and click “Submit”.

Step 18: After submission, you will be provided with a Roofix quote. To finalize the quote, click “Approve”.

Step 19: Click “Yes”.

Step 20: Once approved, the “Approve” button will turn green and read “Approved”. The quote price will automatically be applied to the pricing summary of the proposal.
