How to View Commissions

Updated over a week ago

Once a proposal converts into a project in SubcontractorHub, commission logic defined during setup is automatically applied. Below is a clear breakdown of how this process works in practice:

Step 1: As soon as a proposal moves to the Closed Won stage, the system detects the active commission rule for the assigned user, role, or setter/closer.

Step 2: To view information on total commissions earned and see a list of individual commissions for each project, go to β€œCommissions” from the main menu, find the commission you want to view, click the menu on the far right and select β€œView”.

The Commission Detail page (shown below) provides a complete view of how those commission rules translate into real earnings. This page includes the commission details, total commissions earned, monthly commissions, and a list of projects in which the commission has been applied.

In the above example, the commission is assigned to the user, the selected job type is Solar and the commission is calculated using a formula: Base System Cost + Net System Cost.

Note: The commission value is locked as a part of the project record. This means the value won't automatically update even if the project cost changes later.
