October 7th 2025 Releases

Updated yesterday

This round of updates is designed to give more control where it matters most: from proposals to projects, and designs to admin. With our latest feature release, every stage of your workflow feels smoother and easier to manage.

Facets that don’t meet structural or drawing criteria will now appear in red within the solar and roofing design tools. This visual cue helps catch issues early, reducing time spent on revisions and ensuring clean, compliant designs.

Removing unwanted design elements is now much easier. Users can delete entire panel arrays or full facets with a single action in both solar and roofing design tools. No need to manually select or clean up segment by segment.

You can now define which user roles get access to AI-assisted design tools. Admins have full control to assign or restrict this functionality at the role level, helping keep workflows secure and access aligned with team responsibilities.

Quickly generate reports with only the data you need. Filter your project view by status, user, or other parameters, then export the results in one click, rather than sorting manually.

Admins can now toggle whether the adder section appears in proposals. This adds more control over what your teams see during the proposal process, ensuring alignment with your internal pricing strategy.

Project visibility settings have been extended. Instead of limiting access by role only, you can now customize visibility at both the user and role levels, offering more granular control over what each team member sees.

Battery proposals just got more transparent. Margin data is now displayed, allowing sales and operations teams to evaluate pricing more effectively at the proposal stage.

Each facet in a roofing design will now display a label (A, B, C, etc.) when this toggle is enabled. The labels also carry through to the saved design details, aiding review and communication.

Turn on this new toggle to see the exact length of each edge of a solar design facet, shown in linear feet. This makes it easier to estimate mounting and racking needs.

If a project falls under multiple in-progress stages, it will now appear under each applicable stage in the project view. In Kanban, moving a project from one stage won’t affect its visibility in others, giving a more complete picture of where each job stands.

Site survey forms just got smarter. Questions can now be linked to dependent fields, showing or hiding follow-ups based on responses. Photos attached to survey answers are now directly viewable with the associated question for better field clarity.

When setting up an adder form in document templates, admins can now include non-system adders, giving more flexibility in how documents reflect your unique pricing and offerings.

New activity logs capture every update made to customers, proposals, projects, and office details. Admins can view timestamps, users, and action history, providing a complete audit trail for better oversight and accountability.

Create Custom Dashboards and Reports using Filters

A brand-new feature gives admins enhanced reporting control. You can now create custom dashboard filters by users, offices, dates, roles, default users and more. These filters can be configured at both the dashboard and individual report levels, making it easier to tailor views to specific team needs. You can also edit or delete filters at any time for greater flexibility and precision.

For solar and roofing, admins can enable or disable the display of LiDAR dates in AI tool outputs through a new toggle in settings, providing more flexibility with designs.

Welcome Call survey question details can now be edited with a rich text editor that supports dynamic fields, making it easier to customize questions for both integrated and SubcontractorHub organizations.

Advanced filters are now available in Welcome Call surveys, including conditions like adder totals, usage, dealer fees, and battery totals. Multiple filter conditions can be applied using “AND” or “OR” logic, allowing for flexible and powerful filtering options across both integrated and SubcontractorHub organizations.

Admins can now enable a setting to make the “setter” field mandatory when creating new customers or leads. Once toggled on, this ensures that setter details are always captured at the creation stage, improving data consistency across your CRM.
