How to Filter Customers

You can easily filter customers based on their status or assigned sales representative to quickly locate the records you need.

Filter Customers by Status

Step 1: Go to “Customers” from the main menu.

Step 2: Click the “Filter by Status” dropdown and choose from the following options:

  • All: View all customers.

  • Enabled: View only active (enabled) customers.

  • Disabled: View only inactive (disabled) customers.

Filter Customers by Sales Rep

You can also view customers assigned to a specific sales representative.

Step 1: Go to “Customers” from the main menu.

Step 2: Click the “Filter by Sales Rep” dropdown and select the desired sales representative to view their assigned customers.
