How to Enable Post Install Welcome Call Settings within Projects

To use the Post-Install Welcome Call feature within projects, you must first enable it from the admin settings. This ensures that the option is available during survey setup and visible on the project interface. Follow the steps below to update your settings:

Step 1: From your dashboard, locate the profile icon in the upper-right corner. Click it, then select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: In the Settings panel, scroll or navigate to find the “Welcome Call” section where post-install call preferences are managed.

Step 3: Next to the Welcome Call section, click on the "Edit icon" to begin making changes.

Step 4: Use the toggle switch to enable or disable the feature according to your organization’s needs. Once done, click "Update" to apply and save the changes.
