How to Show Office Name in Subhub Sign Settings

You now have the option to customize the signatures of your email templates by choosing whether to display the office name or the organization name. This setting allows you to tailor the branding in your customer-facing communications for greater clarity and consistency. Follow the steps below to enable or disable the display of the office name in Subhub sign email templates:

Step 1: From your dashboard, locate the profile icon in the upper-right corner. Click it, then select β€œSettings” from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: In the Settings panel, scroll or navigate to find the β€œSubhub Sign Settings.”

Step 3: Click on the "Edit" icon to begin making changes.

Step 4: Use the toggle switch to enable or disable the office name in Subhub sign as per your preferences. When this setting is enabled, the sign email sent to customers will display the office name. If disabled, the email will display the organization name instead. Once done, click "Update" to apply and save the changes.
