SubcontractorHub allows sales reps to order Genesis Design services directly from within a proposal. This functionality becomes available if your admin has enabled Genesis Design for your organization.
The “Genesis Design” button will only appear once the proposal reaches the “Closed Won - Documents Signed” stage. Follow the steps below to order a Genesis design directly from your proposal.
Step 1: From your Closed Won proposal, click “Genesis Design”.
Step 2: Choose which services are required, upload the site survey attachment and link, fill out the required customer details and design details, and upload the sold proposal PDF. Click “Save”.
Step 3: Once submitted, the “Genesis Design” button will become unavailable. The details of your request will be sent to the Genesis email address set up by your admin.
