Creating a professional proposal is one of the most important steps in closing a deal, and with SubcontractorHub’s EagleView integration, sales reps can do it faster and with greater accuracy. EagleView is widely trusted in the industry for its detailed aerial roof and property measurements, giving reps the confidence to present precise designs to homeowners without the need for site visits. By ordering an EagleView design directly within SubcontractorHub, sales reps can generate a proposal, sync the design report into it seamlessly, and move straight into the next steps—such as financing—without leaving the platform. This end-to-end flow ensures sales teams spend less time switching between tools and more time focusing on customers.
Step 1: Create a new roofing customer, selecting “Eagle View” in the “Select Design Tool” dropdown. Click “Create Proposal” to save.
Step 2: Select the EagleView product type you’d like to order from the “Product Type” dropdown.
Step 3: Select the delivery type, measurement instruction type and select if any changes have been made to the roof in the past 4 years. Enter a promo code if applicable and click “Place Order”.
Step 4: Your design order will be created. Click “Sync Report Data”.
Step 5: The roof image and details will sync with the proposal. Click “Sync Report File”.
Step 6: You can find the report file by going to the “Attachments” tab.
Step 7: You can now continue building the proposal. All facet measurements will sync into the “Facets” section.
