How to Add an Insurance Claim Number for Roofing Jobs

Sales reps can add an insurance claim number when creating customers and proposals for insured roofing jobs, as long as the feature is enabled for the organization. This allows insurance details to carry through proposals and projects for better visibility and tracking.

Step 1: Click “Customers” in the left-hand menu, then click “New Customer”.

Step 2: Enter the required information: address, first name, last name, email, and phone number. Select “Roof” for job type, choose “Insurance” for roofing type, and enter the claim number.

Note: Inside the proposal page, the claim number appears under the financing.
