You can add notes to “Lead Tasks” to share updates, provide instructions, or keep internal context in one place. Notes support user tagging, which helps notify the right people when action or attention is needed. This allows sales teams to collaborate efficiently while managing leads.
Follow the steps below to add notes to a lead task.
Step 1: From the left-side menu, click “Tasks”.
Step 2: Use the “Filter By Module” dropdown to select “Leads”, then choose a task from the list.
Step 3: In the Notes List area, click the "Add Note" (plus) icon.
Step 4: Type your message into the “Note” field and, if needed, type “@” followed by the user’s name to tag them and notify the correct person. Click "Save".
Note: When a user is tagged in a task note, they receive a notification by email and also see a notification in their SubcontractorHub account, which appears in the upper-right corner of their profile under “Notifications”.
