How to Add EPC SubHub Sign Envelopes to Sales Organization Proposals?

Sales organizations can access a connected EPC's SubHub Sign envelope during proposal creation without having to build or duplicate the setup themselves. Access to envelopes is controlled by EPC organizations. If enabled, connected sales organizations can use EPC SubHub Sign Envelopes when selecting the EPC as the installer in proposals.

Follow the steps below to enable the setting that syncs EPC envelopes to Sales organizations and to use the envelopes in sales organization proposals.

Step 1: Click “Settings” in the profile dropdown.

Step 2: Click “SubHub Sign Settings”.

Step 3: Click the “Edit” button.

Step 4: Turn on the toggle beside “SubHub Sign Envelopes in Sales Organization”.

Step 5: Click “Update” to save the changes.

How to Access SubHub Sign Envelopes as a Sales Organization

Step 1: Go to the main menu and select “Customers”. Click “New Customer”.

Step 2: Enter all the required information. Select the installer (EPC) who has granted access to SubHub Sign Envelopes. Click “Create customer” to go to the next step.

Step 3: Click “SubHub Sign Envelopes” in the left menu.

Step 4: Click “Use Template to Send Envelope” or “Create”.

Using a Template to Send an Envelope

Step 1: Select “Use Template to Send Envelope”.

Step 2: Select the preferred template. This list shows only templates assigned to the EPC organization, not those set up by the sales organization.

Step 3: Click “Create”.

Step 4: Once the template opens, choose from the available actions: “Send and Map”, “Sign Via SubHub Sign”, and “Send Via SubHub Sign”.

Creating a New Envelope

Step 1: From the EPC SubHub Sign Envelope list, click “Create”.

Step 2: Enter the template name and email subject, as well as the email message.

Step 3: Scroll down and upload the document file. Add multiple recipients using the “Add Recipient” button. Entering the email address of the recipient is mandatory, depending on the role.

Step 4: Scroll up and click “Save”.

Step 5: Click “Send” to send the template via email to the recipient.

Step 6: Once sent, the status of the template will be visible on the dashboard.
