This feature allows admins to edit the minimum prices for roofing materials in the database. Sales reps can use pricing set by admins to quote the minimum price in proposals, which helps in maintaining pricing control across the organization while still giving users the flexibility to adjust quotes when needed.
Follow the steps below to edit the minimum and redline price.
Step 1: From the main menu, go to “Manage Database” and select “Database" from the dropdown.
Step 2: Go to “Roofing” and select “Materials” from the dropdown.
Step 3: Click on your preferred material type.
Step 4: Click “Show Details”.
Step 5: Click the “View Detail” button.
Step 6: Scroll down to “Price Information” and click the “Edit” button beside the current minimum price value to set the new price.
