How to Enable Task Calendar

To improve task scheduling and visibility, you can enable the Task Calendar setting in your organization settings. This feature adds a dedicated calendar view within the task module, where tasks are displayed as calendar entries based on their due dates. Users can click on these entries to view detailed task information, making it easier to track and manage work.

The calendar view also includes sorting options, allowing users to organize tasks by assigned user or by status for better workflow management. Follow the steps below to turn on this feature.

Step 1: Go to “Settings”.

Step 2: Scroll down and click “Task Settings”.

Step 3: Under the “Task Settings” section, click the “Edit” button.

Step 4: Toggle on the “Show Task Calendar” setting.

Step 5: Click “Update” to save changes.
