This feature allows projects to appear in more than one Kanban stage when they are processing. This gives your team clearer visibility into projects in progress, reduces confusion during handoffs, and makes it easier to track work that is still in motion.
Follow the steps below to turn on the setting for viewing projects in multiple stages when they are processing.
Step 1: Go to “Settings” in your organization profile.
Step 2: Scroll down to find “Project Settings”.
Step 3: Turn on the setting called “Show Project in Multiple Stages if Processing (Kanban)”.
Note: If a project is still processing, then it will be displayed in multiple Kanban stages after the setting is turned on.
