Sales reps can add cashback to proposals using the discount section. Follow the steps below to add cashback to a proposal.
Step 1: From your proposal, scroll down to the “Discount Details” section.
Step 2: Enter the cashback amount and a description, then click “Update”.
The cashback will be visible in the public proposal's Cost Summary.
