Water filter equipment selection in proposals can be controlled through user profile permissions. When this permission is enabled, users with that profile can select water filters in Water Filter job type proposals. If disabled, users can still adjust adders and financing, but they cannot select a water filter.
Follow the steps below to enable this permission.
Step 1: Click “Users & Roles” from the main menu, then select “User Profiles.”
Step 2: Select a specific user profile from the list and click the “Edit” button.
Step 3: Click “Customers.”
Step 4: Toggle on the “Add/Delete Water Filter” setting.
Note: Once enabled, the selected user profile will have access to select water filters in Water Filter job type proposals.
