How to Enable Permission for Task Subject Addition?

Task subjects can be added to the database and within projects. When users create a task within a project, they can either select a task subject from the dropdown or create a custom subject for that specific task.

Admins have control over who can add task subjects from the project task creation screen. If the permission is enabled for their role, users can add a task subject directly to the database while creating a task.

Follow the steps below to enable permission for adding task subjects.

Step 1: Click “Users and Roles” and select “User Profiles” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Select the preferred profile from the list and click the “View Detail” icon.

Step 3: Scroll down to “Tasks”.

Step 4: Locate “Create Task Subject” and turn the toggle on to enable the permission.
