With permission-based visibility for the notes section, admins can control who can view project notes within a project. If a user does not have the required permission, the entire notes section will remain hidden, helping teams protect sensitive information while keeping the project view clean and role-specific.
Follow the steps below to enable permissions for note visibility in project details.
Step 1: From the main menu, click “Users and Roles” and select “User Profiles” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Choose the profile from the list for which you want to enable the permission and click the “View Detail” icon.
Step 3: Click “Projects”.
Step 4: Scroll down to find View Project Notes and click the “Enable the Permission” toggle to turn on the permission.
