With public token regeneration available in Organization Settings, users can create, copy, and revoke API keys whenever needed without depending on backend support. Organizations can create up to 5 API keys, giving teams more flexibility to manage integrations, improve security, and control API access more efficiently. However, the setting to add API keys needs to be enabled by the customer experience manager.
Follow the steps below to create an API key.
Step 1: Click “Organization” on the main menu.
Step 2: Click “Proposal Settings”.
Step 3: Locate “Create API Key Access” and click the “+ Generate Key” button.
Step 4: Provide a name for the API key and click “Create”.
Step 5: Click the “Copy” icon.
Step 6: Mark the “I have copied my key” checkbox and click “Done” to finish the process.
Step 7: Once the API key is created, it will be added to the master list. You can also revoke the API key as required. You can create up to 5 API keys at a time.
