How to Include Weekends in Project SLA Day Calculations

The Include Weekends in Project SLA Days setting allows organizations to control how Service Level Agreement (SLA) days are calculated within projects. When enabled, weekends are included in the SLA day count, allowing project durations to reflect total calendar days rather than only business days.

Follow the steps below to enable weekend counting for Project SLA days.

Step 1: Go to "Settings".

Step 2: Click "Project Settings".

Step 3: Click the "Edit" button.

Step 4: Scroll down and toggle on "Include Weekends in Project SLA Days".

Step 5: Click "Update" to save your changes.

Note: When this setting is enabled, Saturdays and Sundays are included in Project SLA day calculations. The SLA days displayed throughout the platform will reflect the total calendar days spent in a project stage.
