You can require site survey photos before a proposal is submitted to a project by enabling this setting under Proposal to Project Settings. This helps ensure the required site survey documentation is completed before the project submission process continues.

Step 1: Go to “Settings.”
Step 2: Under “Settings,” scroll down to “Proposal to Project Settings.”
Step 3: Click the “Edit” button.
Step 4: Toggle on “Require Site Survey Photos Before Submitting to Project.”
Step 5: Click “Update” to save changes.
