How to Access Webhook Triggers in Automation?

Connecting automation workflows with external systems becomes easier when webhooks can be triggered directly from the workflow. With the Webhook Action Trigger in automation, users can now send webhook-based actions using sample data from the selected workflow.

Currently, four webhook trigger types are supported: customer, lead, project, and proposal. This helps teams test and build automated workflows more smoothly, reduce manual setup, and keep data moving between systems with less effort.

Follow the steps below to access webhook triggers in automation.

Step 1: Click “Manage Database” and select “Database” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Click “Additional” and select “Automations” from the dropdown.
