Why This Matters
As an admin, you have default access to the battery margin feature. In order for other roles to use the battery margin feature, admins must adjust the permissions to allow access. Follow the steps below to do this.

A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
From the main menu, go to"Users & Roles" and select“User Profiles”.
Step 2
Click the eye icon of the user profile you want to give access to the battery margin feature.
Step 3
Go to the“Customer” section and toggle“Battery Margin” on.
Step 4
Once enabled, the user profile will have access to the battery margin feature.
