How To Sort Report Charts By Ascending Or Descending Order

Why This Matters

Reports and charts give you a clear picture of how your business is performing. Customizing them to show the data you care about most means faster decisions and less time digging through numbers.

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Open the report you want to edit and click“Edit.”

Step 2

Scroll down to the chart section and select“Vertical Bar” as your chart type.

Step 3

Click“Save & Run.”

Step 4

Return to the main dashboard. You will now see the sort options:“Descending,” “Ascending,” or“None.”

Step 5

Choose the desired sort order. The chart will be displayed according to your selection, and, most importantly, the chosen chart order will also be reflected on the dashboard. For example, if you selectDescendingin the report, the dashboard will display the chart in descending order as well.
