How To Process Concert Finance Change Orders

Why This Matters

Financing options can make or break a deal. When your finance integration is set up correctly, your sales team can present customers with payment options in seconds — turning 'I can't afford it' into 'Where do I sign?'

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • Active finance partner integration

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Scroll down to the “Financing” section of the proposal and click “Unfinalize” on the finance card.

Step 2

The button changes back to white, indicating the proposal has been unfinalized and is ready for a system design change order.

Step 3

Scroll back up to make your design updates. You can also change the pricing by adjusting other proposal elements such as adders and battery storage.

Step 4

Click "Finalize" on the finance card.

Step 5

The button on your finance card will turn back to yellow indicating the change order has been accepted. The homeowner will have to sign the finance docs again. Click “Send Finance Docs” to initiate the process. Follow the steps below to create a change order with a new quote.

Step 6

Add a new quote byselecting your rate.

Step 7

Click “Create Quote”.

Step 8

Your new finance card will be generated with the updated financing details.

Step 9

Click “Finalize” on your new finance card.

Step 10

The button on your new finance card will turn back to yellow indicating the change order has been accepted. The homeowner will have to sign the finance docs again. Click “Send Finance Docs” to initiate the process.

Real-World Example

💡 A solar sales rep presents three financing options to a homeowner right at the kitchen table. The customer sees monthly payments for each option side-by-side and picks the one that fits their budget — deal closed in one visit.
