This integration sends custom events and profile properties from Subscribfy to Klaviyo, enabling automated flows based on customer loyalty behavior.

You can track activity in real time and segment users using actions like purchases, referrals, reviews, and tier changes.


🎉 Klaviyo Events

These events are automatically triggered by customer actions in your loyalty program. Use them to trigger Klaviyo flows, segment users, and deliver timely, relevant messages.

🎂 Birthday - Subscribfy Birthday Reward Event

  • Triggered when a customer's birthday occurs.

  • Use this event to send birthday rewards or personalized messages that make customers feel appreciated and drive conversions on their special day.

🎯 Goal Spend - Subscribfy Goal Spend Event

  • Triggered when a customer reaches a spending milestone (e.g., "Spent $500").

  • Ideal for rewarding big spenders and encouraging them to reach the next goal or tier.

🎟 Punch Card - Subscribfy Punch Card Event

  • Triggered when a customer earns a stamp or completes a punch card.

  • Use this to keep customers engaged in your punch card program and notify them when they’re close to a reward.

  • Triggered when a customer earns points from a completed purchase.

🏆 Reward Event Properties

Reward-related events include extra properties that define what the customer receives. Each rule from the above will be sent with the properties listed below. These are sent with reward-related events and help define what kind of reward the user receives.

  • SubscribfyRewardType - Type of reward (discount_code or points)

  • SubscribfyRewardAmount - Value of the reward, e.g.$10 Discount, 500 points (if type = discount_code)

  • SubscribfyCouponCode - The actual discount code (only included if type = discount_code)

These properties can be dynamically inserted into email or SMS content within Klaviyo.


🧱 Tier-Based Events

Track movement between loyalty tiers to personalize communication and incentives.

🔼 Tier Changed - Subscribfy Loyalty Tier Changed

  • Triggered when a customer is promoted to a new tier.

  • Includes SubscribfyPreviousTier to show the tier before the upgrade.

🔽 Tier Lost - Subscribfy Loyalty Tier Lost

  • Triggered when a customer is downgraded.

  • Includes SubscribfyPreviousTier for contextual messaging.

🎫 Coupon Redeemed - Subscribfy Loyalty Coupon Redeemed

Triggered when a loyalty coupon is redeemed.

Includes:

  • SubscribfyCouponCode - The coupon code used

  • SubscribfyCouponPrice - Cost in loyalty points

Use this to confirm redemption or offer next steps in a points journey.


🧬 Klaviyo Profile Properties

Stored on the user’s Klaviyo profile and available for segmentation, personalization, and flow logic.

  • SubscribfyLoyaltyPoints - Total loyalty points the customer currently has

  • SubscribfyLoyaltyTier - Current tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold)

  • SubscribfyManageLoyaltyPageLink - Unique link to the loyalty portal for that customer

These properties allow you to target high-tier users, low-point holders, or anyone who needs encouragement to engage.
