Quick Setup
Step 1: Enable Checkout Extensibility
In your Shopify admin, enable Checkout Extensibility for your store.
Step 2: Add Subscribfy Blocks
Go to Online Store → Customize checkout
Add the Subscribfy blocks you want to use
Save your checkout customization
Step 3: Configure in Subscribfy
Go to Subscribfy → Settings to configure each checkout feature.
Checkout Countdown
Add a countdown timer to your checkout page to create urgency and encourage customers to complete their purchase.
How to set up:
Enable Checkout Extensibility in Shopify admin
Go to Online Store → Customize checkout
Add the Subscribfy countdown block
Configure timer duration
Save
OTP Verification
Identify VIP members at checkout so they can access their benefits (store credits, loyalty points, member discounts).
How It Works
VIP member reaches checkout
OTP widget appears
They enter their email or phone
They receive a verification code
They enter the code to verify
Their member benefits are applied
OTP Settings
Go to Subscribfy → Settings → OTP

Loyalty at Checkout
Let customers view and redeem their loyalty rewards directly in the checkout flow.

Membership Agreement
Show a checkbox at checkout that customers must check before purchasing a membership.
How to set up:
Go to Subscribfy → Settings
Enable Membership Agreement
Add the Subscribfy block to your checkout customization
Save
Customers must check the box to agree to membership terms before completing their purchase.
Troubleshooting
Checkout blocks not showing?
Verify Checkout Extensibility is enabled in your Shopify admin. Check that you've added the Subscribfy blocks to your checkout customization.
OTP not sending?
Verify your Twilio credentials are correct. Check that SMS/email templates are enabled.
Members not recognized?
Ensure the customer is using the same email as their membership. Check that OTP verification completed successfully.
