Reward your VIP members with exclusive benefits. Configure perks like discounts, free shipping, store credits, and member-only products to increase retention and lifetime value.

Go to Subscribfy → Membership → VIP Settings → Perks tab

Members receive store credits after every successful membership charge. They can use these credits on any future purchase.

Example: Membership costs $29/month. Member gets $29 in store credits after each charge. With +10% adjustment, they'd get $31.90.

Note: Disabling store credit stops future rewards but existing credits remain usable.

Give members a percentage discount on products. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

You can allow member discounts to combine with:

Tip: For stores with 100+ products, use collections instead of selecting individual products for better performance.

Encourage larger orders by offering bigger discounts when members add more items to their cart.

Create up to 5 discount tiers based on cart quantity:

Custom Labels: Add display labels like "Buy 3, Save 15%" to show in cart.

Offer free shipping to all members, or set minimum requirements.

Note: Free gift items ($0 price) don't count toward minimum item threshold.

Lock specific products or collections so only members can purchase them.

Let customers try your membership before paying full price.

During trial: Members get access to all enabled perks (discounts, free shipping, etc.)

After trial: Membership automatically converts to regular billing.

Note: Custom trial duration is only available when "Fixed billing date" is disabled.

The membership cart widget shows a comparison of what members get vs non-members. Customize it in VIP Settings → Widget tab.

Can I enable multiple perks at once?
Yes! Enable any combination of perks. Members get all active perks together.

Do perks apply during free trial?
Yes. All enabled perks are available during the trial period.

Can member discounts stack with sale prices?
Yes, if you enable "Combine with product discounts" in settings.

What happens to store credits if membership is cancelled?
Existing credits remain in the customer's account and can still be used.

Can I change perks after members have joined?
Yes. Changes apply to all members immediately. Existing store credit balances are preserved.

Beyond the built-in perks above, you can create custom benefits using customer tags.
