Geo Notifications
Send location-based push notifications when customers are near your store.
Go to Subscribfy → Wallet Pass → Push Notifications.
Step 1: Create Geo Notification
Click + Add Location
Enter your Notification message (max 180 characters)
Select Pass Holders:
All — All customers with a Wallet Pass
Specific Customer — Target one customer
Specific Segments — Target by behavior (frequent buyers, high spenders)
Customer Tags — Filter by tags like VIP, Active, etc.
Set Minimum Store Credits (optional) — Only send if balance meets threshold
Click Save
Step 2: Add Location
Click Add Location or Manage
Enter the Store Name
Set location using:
Search Location — Look up by ZIP code or address
Precise Location — Enter longitude and latitude manually
Click Save
Tip: Geo notifications stay on screen longer when near the location and cannot be easily dismissed — more noticeable than standard push messages.
Push Campaigns
Send instant or scheduled push notifications to customers' phones and smartwatches.
Create a Campaign
Click + Add Push
Enter Header (max 50 characters)
Enter Body (max 180 characters)
Select Pass Holders (All, Specific Customer, Segments, or Tags)
Choose when to send: Send immediately or Schedule for later
Click Save

Enable Balance Reminders
Toggle Balance Reminders on
Set Inactive days — How long to wait before sending
Set Minimum balance — Only remind if balance is at least X
Choose Send time (e.g., 10:00 AM shop time)
Enter Header and Body text
Click Save

Do I need a mobile app to send notifications?
No. Notifications are delivered through the Wallet Pass — no separate app needed.
What's the difference between Geo and Push Campaigns?
Geo notifications trigger automatically near a location and can't be dismissed. Push campaigns are sent manually or scheduled and can be dismissed by the user.
How do Balance Reminders work?
They automatically send after X days of inactivity to customers with a minimum balance, encouraging them to return and use their points.
Can I target specific customer groups?
Yes. You can send to all pass holders, specific customers, segments, or filter by customer tags.
