Create branded digital wallet passes that customers can add to their Apple Wallet.

Quick Setup

Go to SubscribfyWallet PassSetup.

Step 1: Design Your Wallet

Customize how your wallet pass looks inside Apple Wallet.

Apple Logo

Your brand logo (top left). PNG, min 90x80px

Apple Banner

Banner image (middle-top). PNG, min 624x245px

Theme Color

Background color (hex code, e.g., #ffffff)

Text Color

Primary text color (hex code, e.g., #000000)

Wallet Design

Note: Uploaded images may take 2-3 days to update across existing customer passes.

Step 2: Upload Push Icon

This icon appears on the lock screen when sending push notifications.

PNG, 69x69px recommended. Keep it clear and recognizable.

Step 3: Add Pass Links

Add links that appear on the wallet pass for quick access to important pages.

  1. Click Add Link

  2. Enter a Label (e.g., "privacy", "support")

  3. Enter URL Text (e.g., "Privacy Policy")

  4. Enter the URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com/privacy)

Tip: Keep URL Text labels under 20 characters for better display.

Pass Links

Step 4: Customize the Email

Design the email customers receive with their wallet pass.

Logo

Email header logo. PNG, 512x512px recommended

Subject

Email subject line (e.g., "Your Wallet Pass is Ready!")

Headline Text

Main text in email body (max 180 chars)

Banner Text

Short label on pass preview (max 20 chars, e.g., "VIP Member")

Button Color

Background color of action button

Button Text Color

Text color on the button

Email Editor

Step 5: Add Email Footer Links

Add footer links to the email (About, Contact, Help, etc.).

  1. Click Add Link

  2. Enter Label (e.g., "About", "Contact")

Click Send Test Email to preview before going live.

Can Android users use Wallet Pass?
