If you notice a discrepancy between your sunday dashboard and your cash register, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
1. Check service hours
Make sure that the service hours set in your POS and in sunday match. If the number of transactions between your POS and sunday is not the same, you likely have a time discrepancy.
2. Check for unreported payments
Verify that the discrepancy is not due to unnotified payments. To do this, click on the "Find payment discrepancies" section. If any payments have not been reported to the POS, they will appear here.
Unreported payments must be manually entered into the POS to restore balance.
3. Download the Detailed Comparison
Finally, you can download the line-by-line comparison for a deeper analysis.
By clicking on the details, you will be able to see each unreported transaction in the POS.
